Working with midlife women struggling with perimenopause and menopausal symptoms (back pain, menopausal belly, low motivation - can I get an Amen) is my thing. That’s where I am in life and I’m determined to weather this season with grace and control  and help you do the same.

In short,  I'm all about teaching, inspiring and motivating you to be your happiest and healthiest you.
