PILATES GLUTE EXERCISES
Are you looking for a quick and effective workout to lift your butt?
In this 5 minute butt workout I’m teaching Amy the BEST Pilates glute exercises. Pilates for glutes tones what I call the bu’thigh, where the butt and thigh come together, which gives your booty a lift.
Build on the reps given here for more advanced or if you have more time but really 5 minutes is all you need for this intense booty burn. Listen closely to cues to make them the most effective. You know me, I’m all about working smarter not harder.

Hey y’all, I hope you give this quick butt workout a try and pay close attention to cuing of the hip position because that makes this sequence so much more effective. Let me know if you have any questions and if you got that little bit of shake.
