Hi! Stumbled upon you on Pinterest and did your 10 minute stretching. I have moderate scoliosis. I will continue doing this until my doctors apt in August. I’m currently seeing a chiropractor who is decompressing me on a machine. I’m hoping with all of this I’ll find some relieve!

So happy I stumbled upon your website. I have been suffering with terrible pain from my scoliosis and have been looking to see what I can to do to manage pain and strengthen muscles to help with the imbalances of scoliosis.
