Welcome to Just Breathe. We are so glad you are here. Please read through our terms of service carefully before placing your order. When you use the Just Breathe website and place an order, you agree to terms and conditions set out below and are bound by them. The terms “we” and “us” refer to Just Breathe. We also suggest reading our Privacy Policy Statement relating to personal information provided by you.

SHIPPING

Our products are thoughtfully made by our team of tailors on the beautiful island of Bali.

Orders will be processed between 2-4 working days. Because we ship directly from Bali, your item may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Don’t worry. It’s on its way and you’ll enjoy it for life. :)

Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers should contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations. Customers recognize they are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes.

PRODUCT AND INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

We personally select the leather and fabric used in our accessories. Every piece is unique and has tonal variations. Small marks or scars on leather are natural features and should not be considered as faults.

Leather will continue to age overtime. This is a natural process and cannot/should not be avoided. The appearance of leather will change - its color, tone and texture, developing its own character with each day that passes. This is also known as 'patina'. Instead of avoiding it, many leather fans encourage it! Every effort is made to select the best piece of leather for our accessories; however, some small imperfections are to be expected.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes a product is not exactly as you'd expected, so we accept exchanges and refunds within 10 days of item receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, goods must be in their original and unused condition, and must also be in the original packaging when returned.

Sale items and Gift Cards are exempt from being exchanged/refunded.

To complete your exchange/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where an exchange/refund will not be accepted, and goods will be returned to customer:

  • Any item with obvious signs of use, marks, wear and tear.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after receipt.

If you need to exchange or return/refund an item, send us an email at info@justbreatheonline.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit note.

If you are approved, then your exchange/refund will be processed, with exchanged item posted out to you, or refund issued to you.

LATE OR MISSING EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a your exchanged item or refund yet, please send us an email to info@justbreatheonline.com so we can follow up the whereabouts of your item, or assess the status of your refund.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should email us at info@justbreatheonline.com, and we will provide you with the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refunded item, the original cost of shipping goods will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
